Services for all your mental health needs.
Our services
Family Therapy
We strongly believe in the power of therapy in your home environment. We use Eco-Systemic Structual Therapy, an evidence-based hands-on approach to tackling difficult life situations. No matter your struggle, our unique balance of emotional validation, boundary setting, and systemic interventions will strengthen the core foundation of every child's life; the family environment.
Parent Child Interaction Therapy
No one teaches you how to handle the toddler and young years! When your child has big emotions and outbursts, it can be incredibly overwhelming. Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) can help. PCIT is an evidence-based, short-term therapeutic program designed to help young children learn to manage emotions, communicate effectively, and enhance the parent-child relationship.
Adult Independence Coaching
Adults with special needs who are transitioning from school or formal support systems to young adulthood can greatly benefit from peer mentorship or coaching as they grow more independent. We use a combination of therapist guided, young teacher assisted partnerships to help people with autism, processing disorders, Prader-willi syndrome, or any other young adult looking for support as they venture on their own.
Individual Therapy
Therapy is a powerful tool for every stage of life. We offer in-office, virtual, and home-based 1:1 outpatient therapy. We specialize in depression, anxiety, grief, life transitions, and parent support. Our therapists work to deeply understand you, identify your stressors, and collaboratively work with you to achieve your goals.
Couples Therapy
As we grow, life can throw all kinds of unexpected things at us that impact our partnership. Whether you’ve been together one year or 50, couples therapy can be a key ingredient to the long-term success of your relationship. We work with couples struggling with disconnection, infidelity, parenting alignment, external stresses, and more. We will work to help you reach your collaborative goals, whatever they are.
AAMFT Supervision for LMFTs
In order to become a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), half of your supervised hours must be from an AAMFT approved supervisor. Our Co-Founder, Cliff Richmond, offers private supervision toward LMFT licensure for those seeking their license. We also offer supervision for any LMFT (AAFMT Supervisor in Training) seeking to become an AAMFT approved supervisor.
